Ready for an easy Sausage Dip recipe?

If you are on the Keto diet, this will blend right in with what you can have!

Drizzle and heat a little oil in a large skillet, add 2 rolls of your preferred sausage. Break it down and cook through.  Drain off the oil and add 1/2 t. granulated garlic, 1/2 t. onion powder, an 8 oz. block of cream cheese, a 20 oz. can of Rotel tomatoes (I don't drain the can prior to adding, it helps smooth out the mixture, and you can cook it down), 1 t. hot sauce, salt/pepper to taste. Stirring continually.  Then add 2 cups of shredded sharp cheddar cheese, and sprinkle with some chives.  Turn the heat down and stir until it is the thickness you like, enjoy! It is great with tortilla chips or pork rinds!
